About Quiet Water

Quiet Water is a beautiful neighborhood near Lake Tapps, Washington. The neighborhood of 159 homes surrounds pasture land and is itself surrounded by woods and wetlands. We are situated on the east side of 214 Ave. E., with no through traffic. We have tree-lined entrances, a neighborhood park with play equipment, and many homes enjoy a view of Mt. Rainer. We are in unincorporated Pierce County and are served by the Dieringer School district for preschool through 8th grade.
